Dr. Witkowski is a Senior Advisor and Founding Parent of Children and Women's Global Alliance. She began her career as a clinical psychologist, advising family offices on addiction issues and new models for inter-generational wealth transitions and risk aversion agreements. Dr. Witkowski is a Founder of Children's Defense Alliance, a 501(c)3 non profit dedicated to ending the sexual abuse of children worldwide, with the support of private military, the US Public School System, and "reverse tither," donors. In 2015 Dr. Witkowski founded Mavericks Digital Management - a full service/stack digital media monetization & strategy firm, serving elite brands in entertainment, politics, crypto and science. Gena and her husband, Pastor Todd Lugli, have a vision to connect the local church to the global church, with current programs in Colombia and Haiti. Happy Kids International (HKI) was formed in 2009 after the family migrated to the south and into Columbia to start their first pilot program in the early 90's! Since founding Happy Kids, Gena and Todd have established a ministry center in Fond Douze, Haiti and weekly kids club in Cudinamarca, Colombia. Gena serves and supports Happy Kids, wholeheartedly. A talented minister in song, she leads worship and serves as a mentor to other musicians throughout the world. She also loves to minister to youth and women, encouraging them to break through their own limitations. Gena and her husband, Pastor Lugli, have four grown kids, all of whom, along with their spouses, consider Happy Kids a family ministry. They are blessed by the many domestic and international volunteers who continually give up their time and resources to make Happy Kids International ministry, work.
